Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our educational products and instant or near-instant access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Delivery Window

Most of our digital products are delivered immediately after payment, or within up to 3 business days in some cases. If you have not received your product within this timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

While our policy is strict, we may consider refund requests in limited cases such as:

  • You were charged in error.

  • You never received access to the product and attempts to contact support failed.

  • A duplicate purchase occurred.

4. Technical Issues
